PowerStream™ Liquid Atomizing Nozzle, 1/8 NPT

EXAIR’s PowerStream™ Liquid Atomizing Nozzle, 1/8 NPT provides a superior spraying solution for a wide range of industrial processes. These processes include cooling, rinsing, washing, coating, and dust control. The nozzle is designed to deliver a uniform, deflected flat fan spray pattern, ensuring efficient liquid distribution that is consistent across the full width of the spray.

The clog-resistant design makes it an excellent choice for environments dealing with particulates or potentially viscous fluids. Constructed from Type 303 stainless steel, the PowerStream™ nozzle can resist high temperatures and corrosive environments, with a maximum operating temperature of 800°F (426°C). It supports a variety of flow rates, allowing for flexible integration into existing systems or use in newly designed builds. The nozzle is suitable for use up to 250 PSI liquid pressure.

Liquid Atomizing Spray Nozzle Materials

Type 303 Stainless Steel - All of EXAIR's Liquid Atomizing Nozzles are constructed with Type 303 stainless steel, which can resist high temperatures and corrosive environments. They are designed for environments with a maximum operating temperature of 800°F (426°C).

How PowerStream Nozzles Work

With these nozzles, the atomizing fluid is supplied into the body of the nozzle where it is directed through the exit orifice, and deflected off the smooth, angled surface of the nozzle tip. The resultant spray shape is a wide-angle, deflected flat-fan pattern.
