EXAIR’s 1/4 NPT OmniStream™ Cone Nozzles feature a full cone spray pattern and are among the most prevalent types of spray nozzles. They are designed to address a variety of applications, including cooling, cleaning, washing, rinsing, and dust suppression across numerous industries. The vaneless design of these nozzles creates wide open internal features, making them resistant to clogging and effective for use with liquids containing particulates. They produce a uniform distribution in a full cone round pattern.

The right-angle design of the OmniStream™ Cone Nozzles is compact and capable of operating at liquid pressures of up to 250 PSI. These nozzles are commonly employed with liquids such as water, rinse aids, and detergents, and they are equally effective with chemicals, pesticides, and herbicides. The liquid flow rate can be adjusted by varying the liquid pressure.
